I am a counsellor and psychotherapist working in Ipswich. I offer both long term and short term counselling, working with individuals and adolescents in a confidential and non-judgemental setting.
With a background of over 20 years in youth work and coaching, I'm a conscientious and caring counsellor with a proven ability to empathise with individuals. I try to retain an objective and realistic approach to treatment and therapy.
I work with people from all backgrounds with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationships, bullying, self-esteem, anger, self-harm, addictive behaviour and eating disorders.
