It's not too difficult to take a decent picture of a 16th century six-storey
tower standing in a picturesque position on the banks of a river.
Collected here are:
- some of my own
photos taken over the last couple of years,
- assorted black-and-white
older photos,
- a couple of rather nice
drawings of the Tower,
- and a small collection of vintage
postcards.
There's also some shots of the interior taken during the
Open Day back in 2000.
Besides the above, there's a terrific illustration on the front of the
appeal leaflet put out by the Landmark
Trust.
Finally a local artist has a rather nice
painting of the
Tower for sale through his web site.
