There's some text above the floor plans:
Although the Tower is tall, the rooms are small measuring only 12' x 10'. We
plan to rearrange the accommodation in the Tower to create a Landmark for up to
four people.
And some more text below the floor plans:
We will follow our usual policy of gentle repair of the historic fabric, whilst
fitting a modern bathroom and kitchen. The top floor, the grandest room, will
become the sitting room where visitors will be able to while away the time
pondering the Tower's purpose whilst enjoying the fine views.
Also, the leaflet does points out, "please note that these plans may alter".
